All services are provided within the Western Australia region, subject to availability and scheduling.
3.1 All quotes provided by DRUK Roofing Pty Ltd are estimates based on the information available at the time of assessment. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing.
3.2 The final cost may vary from the quoted amount if unforeseen circumstances arise during the course of work, including but not limited to hidden structural damage, asbestos discovery, or changes in material costs. Any additional costs will be communicated to you and require your approval before proceeding.
3.3 All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
3.4 We reserve the right to adjust pricing to reflect changes in material costs, labour rates, or regulatory requirements.
4.1 A deposit may be required before work commences. The deposit amount will be specified in the quote or service agreement.
4.2 The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work unless alternative payment arrangements have been agreed upon in writing.
4.3 Payment may be made by bank transfer, credit card, or other methods agreed upon at the time of engagement.
4.4 Overdue invoices may incur interest at a rate of 2% per month on the outstanding balance. The client is also responsible for any costs incurred in the collection of overdue payments, including legal fees.
5.1 We will make reasonable efforts to commence and complete work within the agreed timeframe. However, delays may occur due to weather conditions, material supply issues, or other factors beyond our control.
5.2 The client must provide safe and reasonable access to the property and work area. Any access restrictions or hazards must be communicated to us prior to the commencement of work.
5.3 We will not be liable for delays caused by the client's failure to provide access, information, or approvals required for the completion of work.
6.1 DRUK Roofing Pty Ltd warrants that all work will be carried out in a professional and workmanlike manner, using materials fit for their intended purpose.
6.2 Workmanship warranties will be specified in the service agreement or quote for each project. The warranty period commences from the date of project completion.
6.3 Material warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers and are subject to their terms and conditions. We will provide you with the relevant manufacturer warranty documentation upon request.
6.4 Warranties do not cover damage caused by extreme weather events, misuse, neglect, unauthorised modifications, structural movement, or normal wear and tear.
7.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, DRUK Roofing Pty Ltd's total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
7.2 We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.
7.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
8.1 Either party may cancel a service agreement by providing written notice. If the client cancels after work has commenced, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed and materials ordered up to the date of cancellation.
8.2 Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have already been ordered or work has been scheduled. Refund arrangements will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
8.3 We reserve the right to terminate a service agreement if the client breaches any of these Terms, fails to make payment, or if continuing the work poses a safety risk.
9.1 DRUK Roofing Pty Ltd complies with all applicable work health and safety legislation in Western Australia. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for all work performed.
9.2 The client must inform us of any known hazards on the property, including but not limited to asbestos, electrical hazards, structural instability, or hazardous materials. Failure to disclose known hazards may result in additional charges or termination of the service agreement.

13.3 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DRUK Roofing Pty Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your breach of these Terms, your use of our website, or any negligent or wrongful act or omission on your part.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original provision.
These Terms, together with any service agreements, quotes, or other documents expressly referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and DRUK Roofing Pty Ltd regarding the subject matter hereof.
